Mindfulness Meditation for Awakened Living Series
Mindfulness is a practice and a way of living. Becoming more mindful means returning to the present moment whenever we can, staying aware of our thoughts, emotions and moods, gathering information from our physical body and from our environment, and becoming more intentional with the words you speak and the effect your decisions have on others.

Mindfulness is one aspect of meditation as a whole that can be integrated into everyday life and experiences, with consistent practice. Mindfulness helps us create wise new daily habits and routines that can are more intentional, organized, and goal-oriented.

Gratitude & Grace Series
In this meditation series we focus on practicing gratitude for what we have and the good that’s already in our lives. Regular practice of gratitude is proven to shift the mood very quickly, helping us get back in touch with our purpose and our intuition. As we allow this positivity, we can find grace and acceptance, while strengthening our intentions to receive even more of what we want in life.

Physical Healing & Restoration Series
In this series we learn to relax and rejuvenate the physical body deeply by altering the nervous system with deep relaxation techniques like breathwork and progressive relaxation. We then employ the power of visualization to address physical healing on an inner, cellular level while the body is primed and receptive to restoration. We also learn how to observe our discomfort without becoming attached to it, and find new ways to communicate with our body as it heals.

Compassion for Self & Others Series

Creativity & Flow Meditation Series
How does meditation help us get more creative? In this series we’ll talk about how we can use meditation to relax and find focus, but also how it can put us in touch with the deeply creative parts of ourselves. Practices are geared towards awakening creative energy and developing the focus and tenacity to move our creativity forward and out into the world.

Stress Reduction Series
This meditation series will teach you tools to relieve unnecessary stress, tension and anxiety.
We'll talk about stress and its brain-body connection, how it can be good for us, and how we can learn to take notice when it's not.
We'll use various techniques including guided meditation, guided relaxation, breathwork, and more.
 
As we move through the remainder of the year,  and the added stress of the holidays, travel and family gatherings, allow yourself to find a few moments of peace with us every Saturday morning. And then take your favorite tools into your daily life for whenever you need them the most.

Self Intimacy Series copy.png
Self-Intimacy Meditation Series
Self intimacy is about getting to know ourselves deeper on all levels. Being intimate with the Self means checking in on physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs, wants, and desires.

Most people have parts of themselves that are walled off, influenced by negative conditioning, or simply ignored because our lives are so busy.

Finding balance and true joy in our lives requires making contact with all of our parts. We can use our curiosity & compassion to get reacquainted or get to know them more deeply so that we might let others know us deeply, and so we can take action in honoring their growth.

Creating self intimacy helps us feel more free in sharing our gifts, rediscovering our path, and creating miracles in our own lives.


Drop in to any class

Class series are appropriate for beginners as well as those with a regular meditation practice.

No special tools are needed besides a strong internet connection and perhaps a quiet place to sit or lie down during the lesson.

MASTERMIND WORKSHOPS (CNTRD Teacher Trainees & Alumni)
This live, online workshop will allow us to dive into the finer aspects of meditation & yoga nidra practice and teaching.

This is an essential workshop experience where you get to connect with other teachers and trainees. We come together to share our knowledge and varying perspectives to enrich all of our understandings and deepen the well from which we practice and lead.
