In this meditation series we focus on practicing gratitude for what we have and the good that’s already in our lives. Regular practice of gratitude is proven to shift the mood very quickly, helping us get back in touch with our purpose and our intuition. As we allow this positivity, we can find grace and acceptance, while strengthening our intentions to receive even more of what we want in life.
