Service Description
Mindfulness is a practice and a way of living. It’s one aspect of meditation as a whole that can be integrated into everyday life and experiences, with consistent practice. Fall is the perfect season to create new daily habits and routines, and these practices can help you become more intentional, more organized, and more goal-oriented. Becoming more mindful means returning to the present moment whenever we can, staying aware of our thoughts, emotions and moods, gathering information from our physical body and from our environment, and becoming more intentional with the words you speak and the effect your decisions have on others. In this series we’ll learn about and practice: ~Mindful Body Awareness ~Mindful Breath Awareness ~Mindful Thought Awareness ~Mindfulness of Sound ~Mindfulness in Intention & Communication ~Mindfulness of Eating/ Mindful Walking Practice
