Physical Healing & Restoration Series

Service Description

In this series we learn to relax and rejuvenate the physical body deeply by altering the nervous system with deep relaxation techniques like breathwork and progressive relaxation. We then employ the power of visualization to address physical healing on an inner, cellular level while the body is primed and receptive to restoration. We also learn how to observe our discomfort without becoming attached to it, and find new ways to communicate with our body as it heals.

Please contact me if you need to cancel or reschedule. Class fee is typically non-refundable if canceling less than 24 hrs before the class start time, but some exceptions are made. Thank you for understanding.
