Stress Reduction Meditation Series
Service Description
This meditation series will teach you tools to relieve unnecessary stress, tension and anxiety. We'll talk about stress and its brain-body connection, how it can be good for us, and how we can learn to take notice when it's not. We'll use various techniques including guided meditation, guided relaxation, breathwork, and more. As we move through the remainder of the year, and the added stress of the holidays, travel and family gatherings, allow yourself to find a few moments of peace with us every Saturday morning. And then take your favorite tools into your daily life for whenever you need them the most. More peacefulness is always close at hand. This 8-week meditation class series takes place live on Zoom, Saturdays at 11am ET starting November 12th. Classes will last about 30-40 minutes. If you can't attend for any reason, the class audio download will be accessible via the zoom link so that you can practice on your own and return with any questions the following week. This series is appropriate for beginners as well as those with a regular meditation practice. Sliding scale rate is available (Please message me for info). No special tools are needed besides a strong internet connection and perhaps a quiet place to sit during the lesson.
