Meditation Mindfulness

Mindfulness meditation techniques, breathing exercises and visualization are combined to create a custom 30-min guided mindfulness session that addresses your unique needs. 

CNTRD Mindscaping®  Meditation classes combine some of the most effective techniques that can create immediate stress reduction, awareness and focus, as well as better overall health and interoffice team communication.

Desk or Mat Yog

Traditional mat yoga based in vinyasa and hatha traditions helps strengthen, lengthen and energize the body and mind while reducing pain and creating deeper awareness and focus (30- 60-min, mat and exercise clothing required).


Desk yoga addresses imbalances from computer posture and repetitive movements by loosening tight muscles and joints, correcting body alignment and reducing stress- all while sitting at your desk (30-min, no special clothing required)

Deep Reset Relaxation

This deep, guided relaxation helps dissolve stress quickly by re-setting the nervous system from stress-mode (fight or flight) to chill mode (rest & reset). Participants attend to instructions while either laying down or seated comfortably.


Tension and fatigue in the physical body is released step-by-step, and in turn the mind follows. When the 30-min class is finished the 'browser' of the mind is refreshed, and a deep sense of relaxation and mental acuity results.

WFH Wellness

This series provides 8 Weeks of mindfulness meditation, stress reduction, office ergonomics, mindful movement practices and more to your team in 30- min sessions. Customize class types and frequency based on your group’s preferences or goals.

Learn exercises that help to manage stress, anxiety, and depression while improving focus and attention, working memory, communication, and productivity. Discover how to treat and prevent work-related physical imbalances by developing a healthy posture.

Mindfulness & Workplace Ergonomics

Stress, anxiety and time spent hunched over laptops and devices is steadily increasing and many people find themselves working from home at makeshift workspaces. Mindfulness and proper ergonomics can curb the negative effects of chronic stress and poor computer posture.

This workshop shows your group the basics of creating more health and balance in the workplace with a selection of meditation exercises, postural reeducation and ergonomics tips, and a discussion of how to mindfully build small behavioral changes into your work and everyday life.


Result: Learn to use meditation, mindfulness, postural reeducation and ergonomics techniques to curb stress, anxiety, pain and repetitive use injuries while increasing energy, productivity, and communication.
