Service Description

Private mentoring sessions for the CNTRD Meditation Teacher Training Program, and any other meditation and mindfulness instructor that would like to refine their skills and get feedback on their teaching styles, their own meditations, building a business they love, and more. In case you don't see a time slot that works for you, please reach out to me to set up your session. Use the Chat Button at the bottom right of any page, or simply email me at Jess@CNTRDwellness.com for a consultation. 30 minutes phone or zoom sessions with follow up email, advice, homework included.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me if you need to cancel or reschedule. Class fee is typically non-refundable if canceling less than 24 hrs before the class start time, but some exceptions are made. Thank you for understanding.
