This space was created to help you regulate your nervous system, build sustainable self-care habits, and reconnect with your own clarity, energy, and resilience.
Inside this orientation, you’ll find everything you need to begin — from how to access your practices and join live sessions, to using the private community space and exploring your member resources.

On Demand Practices
The on-demand library is the easiest place to begin. Practices are grouped by how you want to feel and include short sessions you can use anytime. You’ll also find two courses — Intro to Yoga Nidra and The Power of Guided Meditation — to explore at your own pace.
Live Classes & Workshops
Join the weekly live class every Wednesday to reset your nervous system in real time with support from the group. Each month, deepen your practice with a themed workshop that offers teaching, guided practices, and time for questions. You can find both in the Live Sessions section.
Private Community Space
Between sessions, stay connected through the member community forum. Ask questions, share insights, or just check in when you need support. You’ll also find bonus resources and announcements posted here throughout the month.
