Yoga Nidra Blueprint Workshops are monthly guided conscious rest sessions that teach gentle nervous system regulation, restorative physiological downshifting, and intentional pattern reset. Each workshop focuses on one real-life challenge and gives you a grounded, science-informed way to soften overload and create measurable shifts in how you sleep, feel, and function.

Each month, this guided Yoga Nidra session will be shaped around the current Jivamukti Yoga global theme. These themes invite deeper reflection on a particular spiritual principle or focus, offering a shared thread that connects studios worldwide.

Within that framework, we’ll explore the theme internally through a restorative Yoga Nidra practice.

You’ll be guided to gently release the layers that may be restricting freedom of movement in your life— including physical tension, mental habits, emotional patterns, and the subtle residue the nervous system carries beneath conscious awareness.

Layer by layer, effort softens. The body and mind return toward a deeper state of rest, clarity, and integration, allowing the monthly theme to be experienced not only conceptually, but directly and personally.
