This one-day in-person immersion includes full access to the online 30-hour CNTRD Yoga Nidra Training and certification pathway, plus you'll spend the day with me at the beautiful The Practice Mallorca yoga studio immersed in:

 

• Foundations of traditional Yoga Nidra/ Conscious Rest practice

• Science-informed nervous system education

• Guided practices (traditional and applied formats)

• Applied study and methodology

• Group dialogue and integration
 

The dynamic of this live event is intentional, but responsive to the group. Depth, discussion, and application will be shaped by attendees interests and needs and supported by intuitive teaching flow.
