What Blueprint Is Your Nervous System Following?

CNTRD nervous system regulation and blueprint membership program launches soon.. peaceful, light-filled room to bring calm and inner direction

Most of us are following a nervous system blueprint we didn’t consciously design.

It was formed through years of responding to outside demands like caregiving, survival, productivity, pressure. Through routines that became habits. Habits that became default. And somewhere in the midst of it all, our nervous system learned to operate on autopilot, with limited language for expansion or exploration.

But here’s the thing: nervous system blueprints aren’t fixed. They can be updated.

Have you ever paused and examined the current "wiring" your nervous system runs on—without judgment? What if you could trace the pathways that get activated when stress hits, when decisions overwhelm you, when you suddenly feel disconnected or stuck?

And what if you could be an active participant and guide your responses, make gentle updates?

Not an overhaul. Just a shift. (Well, many small shifts, over time.)

What would change if your body had new cues to follow? Ones that supported clarity, safety, steadiness, and access to joy?

Would you sleep better? Be able to set stronger boundaries? Speak more truthfully? Make room for that dream you’ve pushed aside?

Rewiring doesn’t start with doing more. It starts with noticing. With allowing your system to feel something different, like the grounded rhythm of your breath, or the spark of doing something simply because it brings you a spark of delight. It continues as we notice how we stack certain behaviors or activities to try to feel more pleasure, or how we avoid things that are actually essential for our growth.

Here’s what I’ve learned: even when life changes, our wiring often doesn’t. Not without clear intention.

I moved from New York City to the small island of Mallorca, and although I didn’t expect peace to come immediately, the sun and sky and slower pace and openness of the people started melting some or my armor open rather quickly. But then I have moments- like this morning. There I was, in paradise, but still feeling like a NYC stress-ball, with my thoughts moving like the MTA was running through my chest. My system was still bracing. Still chasing. Still acting like everything depended on how fast and how hard I could push, defend or explain myself.

Moments of awareness like that are the beginning of real change.

Because even though I couldn’t "relax" on command, I could stop and notice. I could get curious. I could trace the imprint of decades spent in survival mode. And I could begin to shift things, one breath at a time. I could use tools to ground myself into the current moment and reality and create a sense of felt safety, which led me to shifting out of that ‘survival mode’ residue, and into working on my projects to help others do the same.

That’s what we’ll be doing together inside the CNTRD Practice. Redesigning our nervous system blueprints with personalized strategies and science-backed methods that work for you and your life. One of the most powerful tools I always return to is the practice of Yoga Nidra aka Conscious Sleep. It’s more than just rest; it’s a science-backed method of reaching the subconscious layers where our deepest resistance, desire, and programming live. In the CNTRD Practice membership, this will be one of many nervous system tools you’ll explore. We’ll also be working with cutting-edge neuroscience techniques that address dopamine burnout, cortisol dysregulation, attention fragmentation, and chronic overwhelm—so this isn’t just yoga and mindfulness. It’s about giving your brain and body new, research-supported pathways to function from. Drawing up a brand new blueprint for your internal programming to follow.

September 20th I’m opening the CNTRD Practice Membership space. It will be filled with accessible guided practices, weekly live classes and monthly live workshops, science-backed strategies, and like-minded community. We’ll work with the kind of slow, lasting recalibration that doesn’t just feel good in the moment (although you will feel relief and ah-ha moments right away)— this deeper commitment rewires your baseline. Redefines where you want to go, what you want to feel, and who you want to be.

The goal is to remember who you are underneath your current programming, and start refining and adjusting so you get your power back.

If you want to be part of it, or just stay in the loop, you can leave your interest HERE and I’ll send you info on early access and all the bonuses that come with it.

Let’s stop simply surviving. Let’s start designing the inner blueprint we actually want to live from.
