Therapeutic Yoga​

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply seeking a way to reconnect with your body, my therapeutic yoga sessions are specifically designed to address your unique needs. I bring 25 years of experience as a massage therapist, educator, and yoga teacher to each session, ensuring you receive personalized guidance tailored to your healing journey.

I believe in meeting you where you are and giving personalized support and 1-on-1 mentorship using effective practices that promote recovery, alleviate pain, and foster a sense of calm.

I incorporate a blend of Hatha-Raja, Vinyasa, Qi Gong, and targeted physical therapy exercises and stretches to address rehabilitation, helping you regain strength and mobility. I offer mat and chair yoga options, making practice accessible at any part of your rehab or self-improvement plan. My goal is to create a nurturing space where you can feel safe and empowered to explore your body’s capabilities.

Meditation & Mindfulness​

I lead science-backed techniques that are proven to quickly reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep quality, boost energy levels, and enhance your overall physical health. By focusing on your unique pain points—whether they’re physical, mental, or emotional—I’ll help you connect with your inner resources for greater clarity and wellness. Together, we’ll build a practice that feels right for you and fits into your daily life, one you’ll actually look forward to engaging in.

My sessions blend mindfulness and self-reflection meditation, breathing exercises, guided relaxation, nervous system resets, and goal visualization. This personalized approach ensures that each class meets you where you are, addressing your current needs and intentions. Plus, my coaching packages can include tailored audio meditations for you to use at home, regular check-ins for accountability, and other support to help you thrive on your healing journey.

Yoga Nidra/ Conscious Sleep

In Yoga Nidra/ Conscious Sleep sessions, you’ll experience a deep, guided relaxation that dissolves stress and tension almost instantly. This practice is designed to reset your nervous system from stress-mode (the fight or flight response) to a state of deep resonating calm (rest and reset). All you need to do is follow the gentle instructions while comfortably lying down or seated, allowing each layer of your being to fully relax and release.

As you journey through this practice, tension and fatigue in your physical body will be released step by step, and you’ll notice that your mind follows suit. This session is scientifically proven to help resolve physical illness and injury while addressing various types of trauma, facilitating rejuvenation and healing. By the end of the session, you’ll find that the ‘browser’ of your mind is refreshed, leading to a profound sense of relaxation and heightened mental clarity. It’s the perfect way to recharge, restore balance and health, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
